Work Pass



We provide end-to-end Work Pass management services by taking care of the application, appeal (if necessary), renewal and cancellation of the various Work Passes that are stated below:

  • Employment Pass – There are three categories of employment pass based on the eligibility criteria of MOM. These are professionals who are highly skilled in their own field. Certain E Pass holders are also eligible to sponsor their parent, spouse, and children.

  • S Pass – These are the middle-level management or in supervisory position whose working experience and salary are not eligible for E pass criteria. (From 1 October 2020, the minimum qualifying salary has been be raised to $2,500 for new applications. The qualifying salaries for older and more experienced S Pass candidates have been revised accordingly. The new salary criteria will apply to those renewing their S Passes if their passes expire from 1 May 2021. )

  • Work Permit – This pool of workers is from Malaysia or other approved source country. They mostly hold junior positions in the company, especially within service sectors like Hotel, Food and Beverage Industry, manufacturing etc.

  • Dependent Pass – Employment Pass Holder and S Pass holders with a fixed monthly salary of at least $6,000 may apply for a  Dependent Pass for their spouse and children under the age of 21 years old.

  • Letter of Consent – A Letter of Consent allows a Dependent Pass holder to work in Singapore. To be eligible, the applicant must be a Dependent of an Employment Pass holder and secure a job offer with a Singapore employer. (From 1 May 2021, all dependants of foreigners with a Dependant's Pass will need an applicable work pass (e.g. EP, S Pass or Work Permit) to work in Singapore, instead of an LOC. Dependant’s Pass holders who are business owners may continue running their businesses on an LOC if they meet specified criteria.)
